The BIOguard line of mouthguards are custom fit, multi-laminated, pressure formed mouthguards utilizing our S-IS (Self-Impression System) to create a dental mold. The result is a multi-layered, high heat/pressure laminated custom fit mouthguard that has minimal deformation over the wear period.
BIOguard Mouthguards are between 3-4.5mm thick, depending on each sport’s specific need. All have the ability to customize to the shape of the athlete's unique mouth shape to offer the best fit for better protection without interfering with breathing or speaking.
To help reduce the risk of injury, BIOguard Mouthguards are made from PolyShok™ Technology which absorbs over 150% more impact energy than Ethyl Vinyl Acetate (EVA), the material used in other brands of mouthguards.
